Should companies be allowed to require mandatory diversity training for employees?

Diversity training is any program designed to facilitate positive intergroup interaction, reduce prejudice and discrimination, and generally teach individuals who are different from others how to work together effectively. On April 22, 2022, Florida Governor DeSantis signed into law the “Individual Freedom Act.” The bill prohibited schools and companies from mandating diversity training as a requirement for attendance or employment. Yes; an individual company should be allowed to require employees to undergo any, ethical, diversity training program designed to reduce prejudice and discrimination, and facilitate unity, acceptance, and positive intergroup relations, for a healthier, safer and thus more productive workplace.

As a grown freaking adult in the work force, if they are not already educated on the social issues that minorities face and perpetuate violence and stereotypes against them they should be immediately sacked. It is not a companies job to teach morality, and they should want to hire and keep on employees who already have the moral upstanding to not be a bigot.

Ban corporations. Small businesses (for now until the revolution or reform) are encouraged to implement mandatory diversity training, but the diversity education should be primarily from schools and families with government supervision.
