Look at the UK, US and especially California. These are just diversity disasters. It’s just another money making scheme and divides more than it does good and costs tax payers and businesses billions. Stop dividing people into categories. performance should be the only criteria an any organisation. If ppl need training on how to respect others, follow org values and rules and/or follow the law of the land then fire them. It’s not rocket science.
