No

Look at the UK, US and especially California. These are just diversity disasters. It’s just another money making scheme and divides more than it does good and costs tax payers and businesses billions. Stop dividing people into categories. performance should be the only criteria an any organisation. If ppl need training on how to respect others, follow org values and rules and/or follow the law of the land then fire them. It’s not rocket science.

Diversity training is an unverified method of education pushed by politics rather than evidence. Enforcing diversity training ironically will lead to a lack of diversity in available opinions as everyone becomes homogenous in thought.

No, and mandatory diversity training should be banned

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...2yrs2Y

Our country is a multicultural place, and it is very important to have employee diversity training to help prevent racism as much as possible.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...2yrs2Y

Yes, and immediately expel any employees that commit acts of discrimination

 @B4QDYD9 disagreed…1wk1W

Expelling employees without properly educating them on how their acts were discriminatory is counter-productive and doesn't help prevent acts of discrimination.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...2yrs2Y

No, only for employees that commit acts of discrimination

As a grown freaking adult in the work force, if they are not already educated on the social issues that minorities face and perpetuate violence and stereotypes against them they should be immediately sacked. It is not a companies job to teach morality, and they should want to hire and keep on employees who already have the moral upstanding to not be a bigot.

Ban corporations. Small businesses (for now until the revolution or reform) are encouraged to implement mandatory diversity training, but the diversity education should be primarily from schools and families with government supervision.

Yes, but if it is based on respectful integration or genuine inclusion and not inclusion for inclusions sake

 @9VPP76JGreenanswered…7mos7MO

no but companies should be strict in holding employees accountable for discriminatory action

I don't think it is too important, and that it should be only mandatory for those companies that it is relevant for.

No, diversity training as it is now is sometimes ineffective. Effective methods should be established first.
