Should non-violent prisoners be released from jail in order to reduce overcrowding?
Depending on the crime, if its anything more than theft/drug use or dui's NO. Monitor those released though.

No
They are people who are living in Australia, so they should be able to vote. They are likely over 18 and contribute therefore they should be able to vote.

Should parental leave payments increase based on the mother's wage?
Parental leave should be higher in all positions, preferably the max amount of money available whether that's the same for everyone or not.
