Only citizens, those that have sworn loyalty to the country or who have been born here should have a right to vote in the countries future

Australia is a free country which has possibly more foreigners than Australians, and I believe that anybody that moves to Australia is proudly Australian and should have the right to express their opinion freely.

They are people who are living in Australia, so they should be able to vote. They are likely over 18 and contribute therefore they should be able to vote.
