Yes, but provide treatment for those testing positive

If we drug-tested every CEO of a company that got benefits like tax breaks, we'd have no more successful businesses left in the country. Some people are just going to do drugs; rich people and poor people both. We shouldn't single out people who are already doing it tough.

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Do you think just because we know someone does drugs and offer them treatment, that they'll take that treatment? So, now knowing that offering treatment to beneficiaries on drugs is a waste of time, what else do we do with this knowledge they're on drugs? Are we going to take away the benefits and let the starve? What other choice do we have? Unfortunately all we can do is give them enough to stay alive and wait for the day when they figure their **** out, if it ever comes.
