yes, only for kids who do the wrong thing or for young kids so they don't get kidnapped of hurt or have any other bad thing happen to them and the rule should be within reason so that it doesn't restrict children from doing thing things that aren't against the law or wrong.

I think there should be a curfew where after that time, children have to be supervised when outside but a trusted adult.
