I don’t believe anyone should be forced to but I also don’t believe it’s them on the government to bend over backward to accommodate to everyone outside of the most common languages.

Not a requirement, but think more should be done in the way of resources and access to make it an option for these people

 @B2KCZNDanswered…5 days5D

It shouldn't be required by law but it should be encouraged and provided with resources so that as a community we can all have better communications

No, but they should not be given any special treatment or leeway if they are not actively attempting to learn English

 @B2BLP7Nanswered…3wks3W

Yes, if they are found not to be actively trying to learn or have not improve after 3 months, they should be deported.

Yes, if they plan to work in the community. Government should provide free & subsidised programs for those who need it.

I don't think they should be made to learn English, but I do believe that is should be recommended to help the immigrants assimilate, and as such government should provide free language learning courses.

 @9K7ZDJRanswered…11mos11MO

No, this should be purely based on the individual's comfortability with learning a new language. For obvious reasons, it would be highly effective to learn the main language of ANY country as to better navigate and access that area's atmosphere and culture. However, it is entirely subjective. If one does not want to learn the language - for example, English - then that is entirely up to their own vices.
