We should encourage English as an opportunity to learn, complete work, and communicate easier but should not be forced. Additionally, we should not be removing resources for those who cannot learn English or chose not to and remove culture.

I don’t believe anyone should be forced to but I also don’t believe it’s them on the government to bend over backward to accommodate to everyone outside of the most common languages.

Yes, to help them live every day life, accomplish civic participation and participate in political life. However, learning english must not compensate their own native language. Diversity is important.

They should be required as long as this doesn't impact their own language. Diversity should be preserved, but they should also learn english to make day to day life easier as well as allowing them to participate in political life and accomplish civic participation.
