No, private schooling should be funded by the families of those students and not tax payers. Government funding for chartered and private schools should only take place through grants when or if the private school has beneficiaries to the greater community such as outreach programs.

I support Charter schools, if they are self supporting and run like a private business and not funded by the government. Want to run a business, run it yourself without handouts.
