Yes, there is one term for Prime minister. The prime minister will hold the title for 2-4 years until the public decides whether they want to change or keep the Prime minister, which will go for another 2-4 years and repeat it.

Senators should be representatives of us, not chosen by the party. If this is the case, there should not be a term limit on the people's demands.
