Men and Women are equal but we are different

A plane and a car may both run on oil and may both serve the purpose of delivering people or goods to a specific location but they are not the same rather they are different and therefore should not be treated in the same manner and in this exact same way when it comes to a Woman and a Man through we may me very similar we are still different that's why there is such thing as masculine and feminine and then that difference is why the yes response to the womens quota is wrong.
