This is undermining democracy which is the very fabric of our society. We need to all be equal and not be selected based on gender either way.

Men and Women are equal but we are different. A plane and a car may both run on oil and may both serve the purpose of delivering people or goods to a specific location but they are not the same rather they are different and therefore should not be treated in the same manner and in this exact same way when it comes to a Woman and a Man through we may me very similar we are still different that's why there is such thing as masculine and feminine and then that difference is why the yes response to the womens quota is wrong.

Women and Men should be given equal opportunity, not a percentage of a company must be Woman. It should be if a Woman is better at the job than a Man their accepted.

I beleive the public make this arguement as they see women as doing less when they can duo the same as men

Quotas are discrinatory, hire best people for job regardless of gender. Many jobs are more suited to a specific gender...midwife, prison officer, nurse, police officer, fireman ect
