Yes, as long as it was not a felony, violent, financial, or sexual crime
I disagree, if politicians are going to set rules for the greater public to follow, they need to be able to follow them as well.

Yes, but only by court order
I agree more with this position, only with abosolute permission from someone trusted with a lot of power can the government to have access to this surveillance.
