Fracking is the process of extracting oil or natural gas from shale rock. Water, sand and chemicals are injected into the rock at high pressure which fractures the rock and allows the oil or gas to flow out to a well. While fracking has significantly boosted oil production, there are environmental concerns that the process is contaminating groundwater. Critics of fracking say it pollutes underground water supplies with chemicals, releases methane gas into the atmosphere, and can cause seismic activity. Proponents of fracking say it will drop oil and gas prices in Spain and lead to energy independence.

No, firstly, more research is needed to measure the long-term effects of fracking and we should pursue more suitable energy resources instead.
@8Z7BLG33yrs3Y
No, but it should be legal
@Aymon3yrs3Y
Yes, but increase standards, government oversight and penalties for wrong doing.
@8ZFLF483yrs3Y
Have not done enough research
@8ZC8VGT3yrs3Y
Fracling is obviously needed to provide resources of energy
But fracking also bad for the environment
It is a eithee or situation
I think all citizens in this day and age should get free electric from natrual energy
Eg solar we have it the sun is free but we still get a power bill
Etc...
@8Z8BJMT3yrs3Y
only if its a last option
@8Z7FRJX3yrs3Y
I've heard fracking is bad but I know nothing about it.
@8Z3HNHV3yrs3Y
Yes it should be done, but it must be highly regulated and not done in a public environment. More use of solar farms is applicable.
