No and it should be mandatory to set up a platform for people to select what they do and don't want out of an election. They should choose all the things that think are important or not important and the results should lead them to which candidates would be best suited for them.

Between the ages of 16 and 18 it could be voluntary. That way, anyone who was interested in politics could have a say. I would not make it compulsory for under 18 year olds
