The fees shouldn't be so high to begin with to the point it becomes a detriment to your future that it cancels out the point of you doing it for your future. There should be set prices and government funding, otherwise if there's no government funding then the prices will go up onto the individuals to subsidize the university and affect what facilities can be utilized by the students.
