If we are talking about Australia - no death penalty at all. If we are talking about extraditing people from countries where there is the death penalty for drug smuggling I do not want Australian taxation money to go towards this. They knew the risks.

I don't think it should receive the "Death Penalty" Like it is stated but I think you should get life in jail.

No, they should not put the death penalty on drug traffickers unless there is evidence that he or she killed the person based on the type of drugs and weight as well.

Depends on numerous factors (quantity, repeated offences, number of deaths, types of drugs). Only at rare occasions should they be punished by death.
