Genders don't matter in a work environment, what does matter is the fact that if one of them is better at the job, has education, experience, and meets the standards to the work and job section. The gender does not matter in this stance, a female can be paid more than a man through working hard and being good at the job, a man can be paid more for also working hard and being good at the job. If the work flow and the same amount of effort is being put in, then they should get the same pay income. Only if they are the same that they should get the same treatment, if one is better they will get more.

Yes, if experience and qualifications is the exact same. However each employee regardless of gender should be paid per experience and qualifications
