Both a judge and jury can be swayed, including the prosecution, so if there is undeniable evidence, they should be convicted if the judge/jury finds the accused not guilty. They reoffend, they must suffer punishment, like removal from position as judge and removal from all proceedings in the legal system, plus a huge fine, for failing the justice system, only if it is an obvious victim-blaming case.
