Australian opposition transport spokeswoman Bridget McKenzie has admitted to receiving 16 free flight upgrades over the past decade, which she failed to declare.
These upgrades included both work-related and personal flights, some of which were to and from New Zealand. McKenzie had previously denied receiving any complimentary upgrades but has since apologized for the oversight. The admission comes at a time when McKenzie has been critical of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's alleged ties to Qantas, raising questions about her own travel practices.
McKenzie insists she never requested the upgrades and has now declared them.

It's always the same story with these politicians – they're quick to point fingers but conveniently forget their own shady perks. Bridget McKenzie going after Albanese while hiding 16 free upgrades just screams hypocrisy. If she really cared about transparency and accountability, she would’ve come clean from the start!
