Strict parole and bail restrictions are necessary to keep criminals from escaping punishment but false imprisonment is just a necessary evil to keep criminals off the streets.
It is unfortunate but nessersary in my option, to keep more dangourouse criminals behind bars.

Getting a job will be difficult for many of them because of parole and bail conditions
They may make this person develop mental health issues and could lead to potential suicides.
