How might strict parole and bail restrictions affect someone falsely accused of a crime?
Strict parole and bail restrictions are necessary to keep criminals from escaping punishment but false imprisonment is just a necessary evil to keep criminals off the streets.

Getting a job will be difficult for many of them because of parole and bail conditions

Is it possible for a political party's focus on one aspect of crime to neglect other important areas of justice?
@9TXKMBG6mos6MO
Any political party can either accidentally or purposely ignore issues surrounding crime which can result in them being ignored. This can be solved by demonstrating equal focus on all aspects the party wishes to challenge.

Imagine a world where every criminal is named publicly before trial; how does that impact your sense of justice?
@9VQ26226mos6MO
The trial determines whether a person is to be persecuted by the educated, not by the masses before it. Having the name out there could cause such action.
On the other hand, should a powerful figure be on trial, it should be noted for the public, cause who knows what underhanded tactics could determine the outcome for that individual.

How would you feel if your personal experiences were used as a basis for new laws?
@9SXJZTN7mos7MO
Kinda pissed my experience might have been a one of and not apply yo everyone.
