Yes, And decriminalise all illicit substances, as it is not the government's responsibility to intervene on a person's individual choices. Rather, the government should provide support for those suffering from addiction, we should look to the Portugese model when it comes to rehabilitating addicts. People should not be imprisoned for personal choices, and likewise all felons convicted of drug offences should subsequently be released from prison.
