Fewer, but increase support for people seeking work (assistance with writing applications & interview coaching for those who are educationally disadvantaged)

 @9ZQ5VTYanswered…2mos2MO

The whole centre link system needs a major overhaul… the spending on employment providers should be total eradicated. It is fraudule!

 @9WKK2TManswered…3mos3MO

More but for people who are playing the system.Mandatory psychological attendance for those who are playing the system.

 @9TQPHWXanswered…4mos4MO

The repairs should capped enough support provide benefits required As said government feedback admins

 @9PJWSBTOne Nationanswered…8mos8MO

More, reform the system so it supplements a working wage rather than replaces a working income and deny benefits to immigrants

 @9KX6KQXanswered…11mos11MO

Help our New Zealand families who come over a little more then others who get money for immigrating to Australia or help the indigenous get on their feet and supply more benefits for families

 @9KD5WJVLaboranswered…11mos11MO

we should have social programs but it should only be for 18 months and the rules and regulations should be stricter to ensure able body people who can work are not just gaming the system

 @9K8TZN2New Liberalanswered…11mos11MO

Both, a Return to work, Maintain to return to work and Return to Study programs should pay more over shorter time frames with more practical and swift implementation, while permanent long term welfare should at least provide a living wage; which is further supplemented and checked by NDIS on the basis of need.

 @9HKY377Liberalanswered…1yr1Y

More, but only to prevent benefits being granted to people who are able to provide themselves with a comfortable living

 @Blueflare45answered…3yrs3Y

No change in regards to restrictions, but increase benefits to the retired elderly, people with a disability, and others who are unable to work.

 @9338CF4Liberalanswered…3yrs3Y

More, by payment to a cash card for the user with restrictions on the purchase of alcohol, tobacco, drugs.

 @9336QH4answered…3yrs3Y

Fewer restrictions and more services (NOT employment service providers) that actually help all people, including school leavers, immigrants, older Australians, and people with a disability find meaningful employment / volunteer opportunities.

 @932YG7Hanswered…3yrs3Y

I feel as though a reform is needed to eliminate those exploiting the loopholes

 @932XPFYanswered…3yrs3Y

benefits should remain the same but ensure young families with children get assistance they need.

 @9327BD4answered…3yrs3Y

 @92ZKPT7answered…3yrs3Y

 @92X78RDanswered…3yrs3Y

Fewer, because the funds freed up by enforcing less stringent restrictions will allow welfare to be provided more effectively, strengthening the social security net.

 @92VD5XHanswered…3yrs3Y

Fewer for the elderly, sick and disabled. More restrictions and make it harder for those that can work but choose to bludge instead

 @8ZNMKB6answered…3yrs3Y

They should give out payments without having a list of requirements you must meet every month in order to keep receiving welfare. Some people just cannot find employment due to their mental state, environmental situation, etc. and Centrelink doesn’t care. It can be really stressful when you’re in that position.

 @8ZC8LCVGreenanswered…3yrs3Y

a lot of the time welfare payments made by the government curb its ability to invest in more economically and environmentally and socially benefical things such as increased investment in renewable energy sources or other environmental opportunities that will help curb the growing climate crisis. but it is essential that welfare payments are made to those in need in order to maintain higher standards of living across the nation and so i think its best that as of now the restrictions remain as they are.

 @8YGWY47Laboranswered…3yrs3Y

Implement A universal basic income and remove the welfare system and costs of managing welfare.

 @Yods08answered…3yrs3Y

Better regulated. There needs to be stricter control over immigrants benefits. Especially as overseas bank accounts cannot be monitored. Some are taking advantage of the system. A simple tick box declaring yes/no to overseas bank accounts is not good enough. There is fraud occurring in this section.

 @8T3JDFQanswered…4yrs4Y

 @932ZMLZanswered…3yrs3Y

The answer is the mix of all of the options put together in varying degrees.

 @9324Y8Yanswered…3yrs3Y

Each person/family situation is individual not the same dependant on each situation

 @8XSYPXXLaboranswered…3yrs3Y

MORE! But increase benefits for the elderly and disabled and deny benefits to immigrants

 @8WDCGKLGreenanswered…3yrs3Y

Fewer, benefits should be based on a case by case basis as current benefits don't provide enough support and does not cover enough conditions

 @8S95LNHanswered…4yrs4Y

New system is needed like universal basic income. Need something when technology replaces all jobs

 @8G3ZL2Yanswered…4yrs4Y

Less restrictions for Underprivileged, single widowed parents with kids that don’t have a second income from a partner, single widowed pensioners, more benefits for carers who are limited in their capacity to work, mental health assistance & for disabilities.

 @8QZ97C2answered…4yrs4Y

 @8QWKK2Janswered…4yrs4Y

More, but provide more benefits to single parents, disabled, elderly and youths. Regulate what people are spending on possibly

 @8M4YQZNLaboranswered…4yrs4Y

More, but increase support benefits for those struggling, such as the elderly, disabled or single parents etc

 @8JD6X8Banswered…4yrs4Y

Job Start (Dole) payments should have a reasonable time limit due to the number of generational dole recipients

 @8J96R4Danswered…4yrs4Y

 @9BLRKG3answered…2yrs2Y

Keep it as is, but reform the system so that it supplements, rather than replaces, a working income

 @9993QKZGreenanswered…2yrs2Y

Keep restrictions as they are. Increase all benefits from the current poverty line amount to a livable decent amount ro match the national cost of living standards

 @992BSPCanswered…2yrs2Y

More, restriction such as means testing yearly and reviewing existing benefit holders to ensure that they are still entitled to the benefit. Also an increase on payments to the elderly and disabled.

 @98WZG7LLaboranswered…2yrs2Y

The system needs an overhaul, because measures taken to reduce welfare fraud and abuse, has put people genuinly in need under the poverty line.

 @98PXPCQanswered…2yrs2Y

Expensive and bank aware change and more ethical behaviors is no included increase

 @98LDNWJfrom Massachusetts  answered…2yrs2Y

 @96TCBH7answered…2yrs2Y

 @93522H9answered…3yrs3Y

Increased verification for disabled pension, no cap on aged pension working supplement and reduced welfare benefits

 @933MBX8answered…3yrs3Y

I think single parent, deople with disabilities and aged need more support. People on job seekers who just choose not to work should have more requirements
