Allowing foreign citizens to vote after a certain period of time should be allowed. After a certain amount of time living in Australia, foreign citizens will be able to understand the issues and policies facing the country, this will give them a voice in future elections and referendum.

Many doctors and public servants are not citizens. If you want their services, they should have a right to vote.

If they're living in the country, they should have the right to vote on how the country that they live in is run, just like everyone else. Foreigners should be allowed to vote.
