The economic gain is not worth the principle of selling Australia’s land, it may also create community distrust and create legal issues.

Given that the land was never terra nullius, it was never found but taken by force. By not recognising connection to country, one cannot simply be entitled to posession. Without ownership, there is no contract of sale- it simply does not exsist.
