Male and female perspectives can be used in combat strategies. In societies that are matriarchal and patriarchal, in cultures where women are revered. Women tend to be more thought oriented when arguing a point whereas men can be more dominant and arrogant less inclined to listen to different points of view.
While there have been several reports of sexual harassment and yes as of now, women are disproportionately sexual assaulted in the military, yet this has been shown primarily as a result of sexist sentiments and a lack of equal understanding. If that, along with the right sexual discipline can be implemented, then these issues will be mitigated.
