I have not heard how they are going to combat the Housing Crisis, increase Mental Health resources. Deter Youth crime, Decrease Ambulance Ramping, Better Public transport is needed. Roads need attention. Capped amount on Rent increases each renewal (most tenants already have yearly leases) We need a limit on how much the owner is allowed to increase. Increase jobs vacancies.
