I believe that congestion pricing if implemented should be proportional based on your income, that way, it doesn't unfairly target lower income drivers. Furthermore, I believe that public transportation should be free, efficient and incentivised as an alternative to driving, that way people don't need to drive, hence reducing congestion and pollution.
