If they run out of resources then the people would protest for more, when there is no more to spare, the people will uprise and want to take over the government so they "make" more usable supplies, which could be not possible.

In my honest opinion, i believe that the Civic United Front, is a bit of a socialist democratic party, that should be eradicated. If I were to change it, I would allow some voting for the the president, but however, I will allow the president who is voted, to run for 10 years.
