I think that the ownership of private property is very important but the concept of mixed economy seems pretty alien, as realistically it will not happen. This is because a system where property can be owned but the government can interfere with trade to meet social goals means a government that is in tune with the economy and a communities interest as a whole. This is not the case. So if this were to ever try to be implemented it would be an absolute dumpster fire.
