Many of the countries affected greatly by climate change are not the ones contributing to the problem. Western countries commonly use low-socioeconomic countries as cheap labour, pushing those countries to do more climate damage. Australia should focus on hiring people in their own country through livable wages, with a focus on maintaining climate consciousness.
