Diversity training should be encouraged but never mandated. Also, the training in itself should closely be monitored. We don't want to follow in the steps of the US of reverse racism where a particular group is inherently racist because of the way they look and another group will always be the victim because of the way they look. Categorizing people into boxes because of their background and appearance is the very definition of NON-DIVERSITY. You need to be careful of the subtle discrimination, judgment, and labeling this training will encourage.
