Investigate the possibilities of further recycling disposable products and make it easier for people to do so

(Example I cant put my plastic bags and soft plastics in the recycling bin at home but I can other plastics.) Give me more bins if necessary and a council that wont charge me a fortune to have them collected and I will happily take the time to put things in the correct bins.
