There was a case going viral last year of a biological man in a college swimming competition, who transitioned to female, but the only difference was hormone levels, full intact male genitalia, very built and huge shoulders. He had previously raced in the mens division, with not great results, so it was a clear motive to switch to womens to win. This should not be allowed.
