It's better to trust the government with boundaries of hate speech than to not set any boundaries at all. Hate Speech will always have negative affects on people.

Even if the government doesn't turn all hate speech illegal, having some of it illegal is a great improvement.

It's better to restrict speech that isn't that offensive than to let offensive speech become legal.
