Australians do not have a right or freedom of speech, as they are both infringed with "hate speech" laws. Hate speech is not protected currently by the freedom of expression act.
It is a crime to express hatred or cause offense in relation to race, sex, orientation, and disability. Though, one should not be penalised for expressing their own opinion, if you do not like their opinion, it is up to you to remove yourself from the speech.
