Yes, and immediately release anyone serving time solely for drug offenses

Marijuana is an addictive substances leads to increased rates of paranoia and suicides. We cannot in good consciousness willing allow its usage.

These people have shown that they can not be trusted with drugs so therefore they should not be let go immediately.

Since I don't support the legalisation of marijuana I cannot align with releasing anyone serving time for drug charges.

While I somewhat agree, those in jail for mass drug hauls and trafficking for other drugs should remain in jail. Smaller offences as possession of small personal amounts should be released.
