Children who are raped and now carry the baby of their rapist should have a choice to abort the baby as they are too young to financially and emotionally support the baby. As they are still a kid themselves, they still go to school so they do not have time to have a child. Having a baby of someone who you hate or someone who committed a crime or someone you do not know is horrible and the person carrying the baby should have a choice whether she wants to keep it or not.
