People who don’t have sufficient resources to acquire a license and vehicle will be unable to contribute to society in a meaningful way especially in rural areas without the ability to travel, which in turn lead to isolated communities with drastic increase in petty and severe crimes

people could graffiti on it and the government couldnt do anything cause its free and they arent paying for it.
