They should be allowed to vote if they are going to be living in the country for the following 3 years of election of PM and having lived in Australia for the past 3 years.

Yes because they can most likely tell us problems regarding travels and fees that is wrong with Australia, but at the same time Australia’s issues should be for Australians to fix because it is where they live and they want to improve it.
