Loopholes allow corporations to gain more money, into their pockets. There is no incentive to stop monopolies in Australia.

Lower income taxes will Cause decreased public investment and though this may be solved by investigating business loopholes many of these cause positive change such as innovation tax benefits true loop holes are almost impossible to prevent as they purposely work around the law.
