Akıl Partisi, 2017 yılında kurulan bir Avustralya siyasi partisidir. Lideri Fiona Patten, partiyi "sivil özgürlükçü bir alternatif" olarak nitelendirdi. Patten sansür, eşitlik ve ayrımcılık gibi konularda deneyimli bir kampanyadır. Patten, Kuzey Büyükşehir Bölgesinde 2014 eyalet seçimlerinde Victoria Yasama Meclisine seçildi. 2018 seçimlerinde dört yıllık bir dönem için tekrar seçildi. Sebep, eyalet düzeyinde parlamenter temsilciliğinin bulunduğu eyalet düzeyinde ve Federal parti olarak kayıtlıdır.
