I would like to improve Australia's openness to immigration as well as the opinions surrounding Indigenous Australians. From my perspective, many are against 'our' money going towards helping these groups, when we should be focusing on who is reaping the benefits of our tax dollars (the rich). All Western nations need to attempt to push towards a more kind and empathetic society where we view suffering groups as people who need our help, not people 'stealing' our money and resources.
