I am slightly unsure of what exactly the question wants however I do find Marx and Engles works very important in keeping capitalism at bay in the past 2 centuries. I also agree that the ideas of christianity and socialism go hand in hand and I am honestly surprised by the general view by many christians against socialism as it's ideas are very much in line with Jesus teachings.
I disagree with the notion that socialism is inherently atheist. In a capitalist system, religion is often an opiod or manipulated into being an opiod by Capitalists to avoid and stagnate the will for change into a fairer society. As we can see with jesus teachings, socialism and a religion like christianity have similar ideas and goals so they do not have to be against each other.
