Women have been discriminated against for way too long and as a result it is extremely important that we support quotas to ensure women with equal or even better qualifications are considered equally.

People should be elected or hired upon their merits. You will never achieve the greatest results electing or hiring on quota's. It is also sexist and opens gateways into more segregatory practices. If a quota is enforced they should also force them to work in the mines, etc.

It is not as if women at the current in business find themselves banned from higher representation in business it is simply that they do not seek them and buy saying yes to this you are undermining her freedom to choice not to get those higher roles which tells us a lot about the nature of any yes voters not concerned with genuine womens freedom only concerned with the mere facade of such.
