they should make their own decision it is not the government's place to judge as they are not facing the risk of death or inconvenience of a child or the burden of caring and raising the child in question.

I agree, the state should have no jurisdiction on a person's choice to terminate their pregnancy and over their life choices as it does not concern them nor does it have as big of a impact on them as the person terminating the pregnancy

 @9GP5343agreed…6mos6MO

I completely agree with this statement in the sense that abortion is an entirely personal choice and is in no way an issue for the government.

 @9G27C96disagreed…6mos6MO

Why do you get to make policies on other people's bodies. If you don't want an abortion don't get an abortion. Allow people the choice to do as they want with their own bodies

If someone cannot afford mentally or financially support the child, or if they do not desire to have a child they should not to be forced to. Pro-birth is what pro-life is aiming for, they do not care about these children after they are born. An individual will not love or support a child they do not want to, are not ready for, or if they were born from a traumatic experience and therefore are unfit to raise a child to their best ability.

Based, if my mother knew what a wanker I would be, she would have every right to abort me.

Abortion is and should be a personal choice. it is no one else's business or concern what somebody decides to do. in the instance of rape and incest should a mother be forced to birth a child they potentially do not want and then hate that child and potentially neautralise their child out of hatred?

 @9GGL5QTdisagreed…6mos6MO

'A free country' is a lie. They were treated with utter disrespect and don't even have the choice to not have a child. Imagine how scarred the victim would be from their experience, and you're therefore saying the child must endure all the same pain the mother has.

Imagine having to feed, emotionally care for and home for a child that was a product of your trauma.

 @9FHTPSDdisagreed…7mos7MO

The argument that someone should be prohibited from choosing whether to have children or not is pathetic, and ignores that they themselves also have the right to choose whether to have children. It is an example of forcing your own will onto another without any consideration for that persons freedoms, liberties, and abilities to have children, and in many situations can doom an individual to poverty.

Life is about choice and when your raped it is never a choice, if the mother or father doesn't feel comfortable being with child abortion is the answer. Not being able to choose if you want a child is critical as children of rape can sometimes be despised not loved and no child or adult should ever have to live with the effects of rape if not necessary.

abortion is a serious process for the pregnant person. it is not something to be discussed by others as it simply is not their life.

People should have the choice to have their own child or not and if they are not ready, then they are making this choice to make sure that their child is not brought up with a bad life.

If you’re a male you don’t have a say over any females body period. & to whoever else is concerned mind you’re own buisness and stop worrying about what others are doing and look at your own life. Period

 @9F7DYJZdisagreed…7mos7MO

Children born out of a traumatic situation are more likely to be bad because the mother or parent may pass on their trauma onto their children.

 @9FGQMN5disagreed…7mos7MO

You're going to ruin that potential child's life by bringing it into a world where its parents might not be able to support it financially and emotionally.

 @9FDTFSKdisagreed…7mos7MO

The decision of the affected individuals, as hard as it may be, is able to be guided and assisted by family, spiritual or medical advice. At NO point will this decision be made easier because the government dictates how that decision should be made.

 @9GJ8PMSdisagreed…6mos6MO

It's the mothers body and sometimes it can be unsafe for the mother to have the baby. SHe may also not have enough funding.

 @9F8K966Liberaldisagreed…7mos7MO

If you cannot support a child mentally or cannot afford to keep a child you are throwing the burden of another life on someone who is not able to care for or will not care for this life

Mind your own business and learn how to disagree with someone while respecting them and their decisions.
