Welfare drug testing system is not needed in our current day due to the fact you could test and see that the person has taken in drug but it may be false due to the reason there's so many different chemicals put in our daily necessities that it could say you have taken or been exposed to a drug but i could just be the chemicals in our polluted water or even someone who has medically taken marjuana could be denied a job because they had taken marjuana for there personal medical reason
