People of all different cultures and demographics can equally contribute to society, regardless of these cultures and demographics. Regardless of people's cultures and demographics, they still deserve to be treated equally, and are still humans, who should be protected by their basic human rights. Treating all cultural traditions with equal respect is necessary to create a safe community where everyone can live comfortably. A society where all different kinds of people feel safe and comfortable can have better social justice and concern for human rights, and will also have a better/more efficient work/production output.
